An all-levels yoga class just for men presented by Speare Primary Care and RehabFit.

4 Classes – Wednesdays January 15th through February 5th at 5:30 pm.

Location: Community Room at Boulder Point

Price: $10 per class or $40 for 4-week session.

Class is being taught by Abby Machanic

Abby Machanic took her first yoga class while backpacking through Australia.  After returning to New York to work in finance, yoga was a way to relax and move after a long day of work. Abby completed her yoga teacher training at Laughing Lotus Yoga Studio in New York City.  In late 2012, she moved to Campton, NH.  Abby has been working in Speare’s Physician Practices since 2014- focusing on reports, budgets, and quality initiatives.  Yoga continues to be a way to relax after working at a computer during the day. Abby teaches vinyasa-style classes that link movement and breath.
