Dr. Lance Ough
Dr. Ough received his BS degree at the University of Iowa and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry and has been in practice for over 20 years. He worked most recently at the McDonald Army Health Center Eye Clinic at Fort Eustis in Virginia.
Tom Lapointe has been an optician for well over thirty years . He started his career at a top optical shop chain, then moved on to work for independent practices for the last 28-29 years . The thing he likes most about the optical business is that it’s a nice blend of technical and retail . The technology continues to change and he enjoys having the ability to translate those changes to clients in ways they can understand.
I became a patient of Dr. Musco’s in 2001. He performed my LASIK in 2002 and in 2013 he performed my bilateral cataract surgery. I have total faith in his surgical skills and his thoroughness in the office is what I need and want.
When I was informed that he was relocating to New Hampshire, I was happy for him and his family, but not for me. Although I did see the physician that Dr. Musco referred his Rhode Island patients to, that office was not a good fit for me. I recently saw Dr. Musco in his Plymouth office and I once again received a thorough and accurate exam.
I happen to work as a surgical coordinator in a large ophthalmology practice in Rhode Island and I can tell a quality physician when I see one. For me to travel to NH to be treated by Dr. Musco says something about the quality of care that he provides.
I underwent cataract surgery by Dr. Musco — what an amazing team and experience!
Everyone involved (from the registration tech to the recovery staff) made me feel like the star of the show. All were professional, efficient and, most of all, sociable and fun!
Dr. Musco and Dr. Timothy Lyons, and the OR techs and nurses exuded calm confidence and a sense of humor throughout. And the facilities themselves were sparkling clean, comfortable and organized.
Thank you all for all that you gave of yourselves for my safety and comfort —
I’m certain no one else does it better!
