Located on the second floor of the Speare Memorial at Boulder Point medical office building, just off Tenney Mountain Highway in Plymouth, the Speare Primary Care Team offers timely, efficient, and coordinated care across each patient’s individual health care spectrum and expanded care options to patients of all ages.

Dr. Watto brings a broad mix of medical experience to the practice, having spent the past 21 and a half years in the Army. He began his career as a cadet in Army ROTC at Pennsylvania State University, or Penn State, where he graduated with his bachelor’s. Eight years later he went to medical school at Kansas City University in Kansas City, Missouri, where he received his Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) Medicine Degree. He completed a residency in family medicine at Fort Benning, Georgia, and later earned a master’s in public health from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Other highlights of his Army career include serving with an airborne brigade at Fort Richardson, Alaska, a 14 month deployment to Iraq with that organization, and providing medical coverage for the All Army Boxing Championships in Arizona.
After completing undergraduate studies in California, Dr. Quintero obtained her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She practiced in Michigan and Pennsylvania before moving to New England. She has worked most recently at Mount Ascutney Hospital in Windsor, Vermont. Dr. Quintero was born in Colombia and retains her ties to Latin America through her involvement in medical missions to countries in the region.
Dr. Young has provided medical care in Plymouth for 36 years and is well known to our community. He brings a wealth of clinical experience in primary care. Dr. Young earned his bachelor’s degree at Bowdoin College and his medical degree from the prestigious University of Virginia Medical School. Board-certified in family practice, he provides a full scope of primary care services
Dr. Capron practiced in the Lakes region of New Hampshire for over 30 years and has a special interest in Palliative Care and is a certified POLST provider. Dr. Capron obtained his BA degree from the University of Virginia and earned his MD degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Anderson Family Practice Residency Program in Anderson, South Carolina.
Lisa Baker, PA-C
Lisa Baker, PA-C, has over twenty-five years of family practice experience as a certified physician assistant. Lisa earned her bachelor’s at Colby College in Waterville, ME and received an MHP from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Ms. Baker is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is pleased to continue to see patients from the Lincoln area, where she has practiced for the past two decades, as well as people throughout the region.
Greg Englund, APRN
Greg Englund, APRN, earned a bachelor’s in nursing at Southern Vermont College and received his Master of Science in Family Practice from the University of Colorado. Greg has emergency medicine and urgent care experience and will be at Speare Primary Care one day a week. Greg was raised in New Hampshire and lives in Plymouth with his wife and two children.
Brittania McDonald, PA-C
Having worked as the internal medicine physician assistant at Tenney Mountain Internal Medicine, Brittania McDonald received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Colorado State University. She also received an MS PA from the University of New England College of Health Professions in Maine. Ms. McDonald is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Peggy Piette, APRN
Peggy will be working at the Student Health Clinic at Plymouth State University as well as at Speare Primary Care. Peggy comes to us from Cottage Hospital’s Rowe Health Clinic in Woodsville. She completed her MSN at George Washington University and previously worked as a Nurse Practitioner for Genesis Physician Services at the Lafayette Center in Franconia and the Mountain Ridge Center in Franklin, the Alpine Clinic in Franconia and the Cardiology practice of Dr. Anil Mukerjee in Littleton. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Peggy worked as a registered nurse in intensive care, medical-surgical care, and elder care.
Anne Thatcher, MS, APRN, FNP-C
Anne Thatcher’s career has included serving patients in emergency medicine, occupational medicine, and primary care. She earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and received her master’s from the University of New Hampshire, becoming a family nurse practitioner. She also serves as faculty for the UNH Graduate Nurse Practitioner Program.

Our offices are located on the second floor of Speare Memorial at Boulder Point, 103 Boulder Point Drive. The turn for Boulder Point Drive is off Tenney Mountain Hwy across from Old Cape Square. Heading west it is the left hand turn before the lights at Wal-Mart. Heading east, it is the first right turn after the lights at Wal-Mart.
