RehabFit Exercise of the Week – Side Shuffle Walk
The RehabFit Exercise of the Week is presented by Speare Memorial Hospital’s medical fitness team members, Leah Baron, MS and Rebeccah Chase, MS, CSCS, RCEP. This week they present how to do the Side Shuffle Walk.
The Side Shuffle Walk exercise is perfect for targeting the lower body, especially the hips and glutes. This is a simple all-purpose strength and conditioning exercise.
