On Wednesday, Oct 30, 2019, the 2nd Annual Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) Luncheon Celebration was held at Speare Memorial Hospital. CAP encourages staff to create a climate that promotes professional growth and development, leadership skills and excellence in patient care.

CAP Participants apply annually and the committee evaluates a candidate for proficiency in the following behaviors:  

  • Excellence in Clinical Practice
  • Leadership Skills
  • Community Involvement
  • Professional Development.

Some CAP Participants have been a member since 2010 and others have joined in 2019.

Speare Memorial Hospital is very appreciative of all CAP Participants for the hard work and dedication they bring to their roles.
