Speare Memorial Hospital’s RehabFit program is launching a new four-week Intro to Strength Training series beginning Monday, January 5th. Designed for beginners and those looking to build confidence in a guided fitness environment, the program will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the RehabFit Group Exercise Room at the hospital’s Boulder Point location.

Led by experienced fitness professionals, the series will introduce participants to foundational strength-training movements, proper form, and safe exercise techniques. The small-group format allows instructors to provide personalized coaching while fostering a supportive atmosphere for all experience levels.

The cost of the program is $50 for RehabFit members and $80 for non-members. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.
