Our NEW, secure Patient Portal provides the most accurate, up-to-date information available about our patients’ care at Speare and our medical practices.
Powered by Meditech Expanse, the new Patient Portal allows our patients to request appointments and prescription refills, send messages to our health teams, view test results, complete forms before appointments, and review instructions related to their care.
In order to re-enroll patients in this new portal, we ask patients to arrive 15 minutes early for their appointments so that our staff can re-enter their health information. Because we are doing this with all of our patients, we are temporarily reducing the number of appointments available each day. Rest assured we are doing our best to minimize any disruption in our services to our patients.
Our medical providers are strongly encouraging all of our patients to sign up for our new portal as part of actively managing their health – it’s an integral part of the care we provide.
