Spring has finally sprung! Time to walk and run! Join the 8th Annual Speare Shuffle 5k health walk/fun run for all ages on May 20, 2023. (Formerly the Shamrock Shuffle)
Get up, get out, and get moving with Speare’s 5k health walk/fun run. After a two-year hiatus, we are excited to bring back our popular 5k walk/fun run. Dress in your wackiest attire to shake off the doldrums of the past couple of years!
It’s time to feel good again!
Sign in or register at 9 am on May 20th at the Speare off-site parking lot, 44 Langdon St. The starting line horn kicks everything off at 10 am.
You can also sign in on Friday, May 19th, between 3 and 5 pm in the main entrance lobby of Speare Memorial Hospital.
Tickets are $15, free for children 5 and under.
