Becker’s Hospital Review has announced the publication of its list of 50 Critical Access Hospital CEOs to Know, including Speare Memorial Hospital’s President and CEO Michelle McEwen, FACHE

The administrators, presidents, CEOs and other executives on this list lead the hospitals on Becker’s 50 Critical Access Hospitals to Know list released back in August. Becker’s notes that under their leadership and guidance, these CEOs’ hospitals have achieved success and earned recognitions from multiple reputable organizations.

Becker’s Hospital Review editorial team selected hospitals for inclusion on the 50 Critical Access Hospitals to Know list based on awards and recognitions they have received. Specifically, the team looked at iVantage Health Analytics’ list of Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals, the National Rural Health Association’s list of Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals, patient satisfaction scores from CMS’ Hospital Compare and various Healthgrades
