With nearly 30 years of medical experience caring for patients at Speare and throughout the Lakes Region, Dr. Michele Gaier returns to Speare’s sleep medicine program in Plymouth and Meredith, joining Dr. George Neal in providing expertise in diagnosing and treating all types of sleep disorders.

“My most enjoyable moments at the office occur when a patient gleefully tells me how much better they are sleeping after treatment for their sleep disorder,” says Dr. Gaier. “They are happier, healthier, and safer, and their personal relationships improve. There is nothing like a good night’s sleep, and I am happy to guide my patients toward that goal.”

Well-versed in the field of sleep medicine, Dr. Gaier is board-certified in neurology and sleep medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and in sleep medicine by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. She has also been recognized as both a Top Doc in New Hampshire every year since 2019 and as an Exceptional Women in Medicine by New Hampshire Magazine.
