Other information:
- Set-up begins at 2:30, but we will be there at noon (possibly earlier) if you need.
- We will have your name on the table assigned to you.
- Bring your raffle item or drop it off in the marketing office before the April 14th.
- Doors open for the attendees to enter at 4.
- People will be visiting your exhibit tables until 5:30.
- You are welcome to enjoy the buffet when the presentations begin. Please close the door and talk softly so that people can hear the presenters.
- People will also visit your tables during the break.
- Do not tear down your table until after this break.
- If you must leave earlier, let us know ASAP so that we place you somewhere less central.
