$35 per exhibit table plus an item for the raffle

Space size: 6-ft table with 2 ft on either side and about 3 ft behind. Table cloth and two chairs will also be provided.

Space is limited, so please fill out the form below and submit payment to secure your spot.

SET-UP

Set-up: 3:15 – 4:15 p.m. Vendor Sales: from 4:30 – 6 and during intermission

Unload by the front porch and then move your vehicle to the regular parking area. Please do not start taking down your display until after intermission around 7:15 p.m. The event will go until around 8:30.

Vendors can partake in the buffet once attendees have moved into the other room for the welcome message.

Booth space fees go towards Speare’s Community Outreach and Education programs
