Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water when visibly dirty, after using the restroom, and before and after food production. Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer when you can’t wash your hands and use often!

Take a Fresh Air Break Every Day

Take 3, 10-minute walks or 2, 15-minute walks per day or longer if you can! Other movements can include bodyweight exercises, such as push-ups, crunches, lunges, and squats, as well as yoga or stretching. If you have to stay indoors, try free YouTube yoga videos or home workout videos.

Aim for 5 Servings of Fruits & Veggies

Eating 5 servings of fruits and vegetables will help you stay healthy and boost your immune system. Try adding berries to your yogurt or cereal, dipping carrots and sliced veggies in hummus or eating a piece of fruit for a snack, adding a salad to your lunch meal and vegetables to your dinner.

Recharge your batteries

Get at least 7-9 hours of sleep per night. To help you get a good night’s sleep, be physically active throughout the day and try reading, yoga, or meditation to help you relax and clear your mind and limit TV and phone usage before bed.
