PLYMOUTH, NH –September 2025 – Our Ski Conditioning Class is back—designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance so you can hit the slopes feeling confident and strong this winter.
When: Every Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 PM starting October 14th
Where: RehabFIT Group Exercise Room
This is a 10-week exercise program beginning October 14th. Whether you’re a seasoned skier or just starting out, this class will help you improve performance and reduce your risk of injury. Don’t wait until the snow falls—start training now!
