Benefits Summary

This is a summary of benefits available to eligible employees of Speare Memorial Hospital. Employees must be regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours per week in order to be eligible for part-time benefits and 32 hours per week in order to be eligible for full-time benefits. Employees can enroll in a benefit plan, which will be effective the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period unless otherwise stated.

Plan contracts and Summary Plan Descriptions outlining full details of the plans are made available to employees and are available from the Human Resources Office.
