Infection Prevention at Speare Memorial Hospital has unveiled a new awareness campaign featuring Dr. Casey and APRN Jean Richardson.  The posters characterize them as “Superman” getting a flu shot and “Wonder Woman” deflecting the spread of germs by covering her cough.

Infection Prevention Coordinator Mary Ruppert says everyone can be a hero in preventing the spread of infection, “Our doctors and nurses are the local healthcare heros providing excellent healthcare to our community every day.  This campaign was an opportunity to share an important message in a new way and showcase our care providers.”
