Support group meetings will be held on the first Thursday of every month in the community room at Speare at Boulder Point, 103 Boulder Point Drive, Plymouth, NH, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. The topic for the November 7th meeting is “Mindful Eating Through the Holiday Season”. For more information call 603-536-5670.

The group meetings will help to educate patients and have been shown to reduce the likelihood of depression and/or anxiety due to the many changes the body is experiencing in the post-operative period. After surgery, patients are strongly encouraged to join the Weight Loss Surgery Center for monthly meetings. Support group meetings will offer an opportunity for patients to come together, to learn and grow alongside one another in a supportive and interactive setting.
