Speare Primary Care is pleased to announce two new additions to its primary care team: Jill Hunter, APRN, FN-BC, and Nicole Wrobel, APRN, FNP-C.

Nicole Wrobel & Jill Hunter

Jill Hunter is a highly regarded advanced practice registered nurse with 25 years of experience caring for people with a wide range of needs, from chronic illnesses to preventative care. After earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing at UNH, she earned her master’s degree in nursing in the family nurse practitioner program at Simmons College in Boston. She graduated Summa Cum Laude for both degrees.

“I am happy to be part of the team at Speare Primary Care – it is a great team of people who share the same goals as me–delivering the best primary care possible,” says Jill. “I have learned through many years of experience to listen closely to what my patients are saying without judgment and to look at the big picture–the mind and body do not function independently of each other.”

Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jill has a special interest in diabetes, chronic disease, weight management, geriatric care, palliative care, and women’s health.

Nicole Wrobel earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing, Summa Cum Laude, from Granite State College and her master’s degree in nursing from UNH in the primary care family nurse practitioner program. She is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

“I like to make meaningful connections with my patients and get to know them and their stories,” says Nicole. “It is rewarding to help people improve their overall health and wellbeing.”

Nicole worked in various healthcare settings, caring for people of all ages in Maine and New Hampshire, before joining Speare.
Speare Memorial Hospital is located in Plymouth, NH, and serves the many central NH towns surrounding it with compassionate, expert, personalized care and cutting-edge technologies.
