On Wednesday, September 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Speare Memorial Hospital invites the community to join us at 103 Boulder Point Drive, Plymouth, NH for Strong and Steady: A Health Fair for Living Well. This free community event is designed to help older adults, caregivers, and veterans live well, stay safe, and remain active.

Whether you’re looking to maintain your independence, make your home safer, or connect with valuable community resources, this health fair offers something for everyone. Stay Active & Independent.

Our Physical Therapy and RehabFit team will provide:

  • Free Balance Screenings to help prevent falls.

  • Mobility Aid Guidance for walkers, canes, and other devices.

  • Active Lifestyle Tips to maintain strength and stability.

  • Confidential Q&A on Incontinence & Women’s Health with our physical therapy experts.

Live Safely at Home

Occupational Therapy experts will be on hand to:

  • Demonstrate adaptive equipment.

  • Share tips on making your home safer and easier to navigate.

Veterans Resources
