At our Weight Management & Wellness Center, you're not just getting a prescription—you’re getting a comprehensive care team. We offer weight loss medications alongside expert support from our registered dietitian and exercise specialists to help you create lasting, healthy habits.

Program Costs & Requirements:

Physician Appointments

  • Requirement: Minimum four visits within the first six months then follow-up every three months while on weight loss medications
  • Cost: We bill insurance, specialty physician co-pay applies for each visit

Medical Nutritional Therapy (Nutritional Counseling)

  • Requirement: Minimum of two visits with the dietitian
  • Cost: We bill insurance for nutritional services unless you do not have medical nutritional therapy benefits. If you do not have coverage, your cost will be $50 for each visit.

Note: Medicare & NHHF does not cover medical nutritional therapy for weight management.

Exercise

  • Requirement: You are actively moving your body at a local gym, home gym, walking program, or seeing a personal trainer. If not, a referral may be placed to RehabFit.

RehabFit entails the following:

  • Cost: $50
  • Package Includes:
  • 60-minute Initial Assessment
  • Workout Program designed for you
  • Professional Goal Setting
  • 30-minute Follow-up Consultation
  • One Free Month Gym Membership

Medications

  • Requirement: Attend all follow-up appointments recommended by physician.
  • Cost: Varies, some medications are covered by insurance, and some are offered at a low out-of-pocket cost. Even if a weight loss medication is covered by your insurance company, deductibles still apply.
